I've had many worried emails from my wonderful clients over the last few weeks and think there will be many more to come.
To put your minds at rest, and help you through this:
If any booking needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, as long as I am available for the new date I will absolutely cover it without any cost implications at all. Should the date not be available, then this would be covered by your wedding insurance.
The key thing will be to make sure that the venue, yourselves and I all coordinate to help you find a day that works, ensuring you can keep your supply chain in place and hopefully not lose any of the money that you have had to outlay. Please come to me first before you make any new booking with your venues.
When you have a better idea of a new date, let me know and I can give you all of the available dates during that month. This way, when you speak to your venue it will be much easier to pick a date that works.
Everything will remain the same with regards to the package, and there will be no price increase or further costs incurred.
We are all in this together. We will get through this, and I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
