So, summer has finally come to an end. This past weekend, I shot my final 'summer' wedding of the year and it was a glorious setting; three locations in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Wedding preparations were at the glorious Hotel Miramar on the East Cliff in the town, while the reception was held at Key West on the end of Bournemouth pier. It was a fitting close to a great season of nuptials that I have loved every minute of shooting.
I still have some weddings on the calendar in 2023 with the next taking placein October - so I consider that an autumn wedding - one that I am very much looking forward to.
Over the summer, I have managed to cover a variety of venues, some that I've been to before, and others for the very first time. Big up to some of them; Burley Manor, The Connaught in Bournemouth, Elmers Court, Hotel Miramar, Branksome Dean Rooms, Clock Barn, Winchester's Hotel Du Vin, Poole's Hotel Du Vin, Dudsbury Golf Club, East Horton Golf Club, Rhinefield House, Kingston Country Courtyard, Italian Villa... the list could go on.
Firmly setting my sights on those autumn weddings now, and looking forward to meeting more couples as 2024 approaches.
